Why does the trial QR scan to Magic QR Studio?
The trial version is for visual confirmation. The formal version is generated and signed privately, and only unlocks after credits or plan entitlement is confirmed.

Will the formal QR look different?
The system uses the same visual seed, image crop, ratio, QR version and fallback strategy. QR modules differ because trial and formal payloads are different.
What happens if generation fails?
Reserved credits are released automatically when a system or validation failure occurs.
Can I use GIF Animated QR in batch generation?
No. GIF Animated QR is CPU-heavy and should be generated one file at a time.
How are downloads protected?
Result files are private and served through short-lived signed URLs.
How do I request help?
Use the Help page and include the job ID, code ID or order ID when available.
