Payment succeeded but credits are missing
Payment succeeded but credits did not arrive: wait for webhook retry, then submit the order ID.
My generation looks stuck
Queued or running work may continue after automatic page updates pause. Refresh the status first; if it stays stuck, contact support with the job ID.
Why did my upload fail?
Check that the file is a supported image, is no larger than 30 MB, and stays within the image-size limits. Then retry the upload; if it still fails, contact support with the error message.
