Acceptable Use Policy
Do not upload or generate content involving illegal sexual content, extremist content, graphic violence, malware, phishing, scams, copyright infringement or content that violates platform or payment-provider rules. The system may automatically reject unsafe images, text or URLs.
These policies govern use of Magic QR Studio SaaS, including accounts, uploads, generated works, checkout, credits, plans, private downloads, support and content safety.
1. Scope and responsibility
This policy applies to uploads, payloads, links, outputs, automated requests, downloads and account activity. You are responsible for ensuring that your use, content and destination are lawful and do not mislead recipients.
2. Illegal, harmful and deceptive conduct
- Do not facilitate crime, violence, terrorism, trafficking, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, unlawful weapons or drugs, sanctions evasion or other prohibited regulated activity.
- Do not create phishing, credential harvesting, malware delivery, fraudulent payment or identity requests, impersonation, counterfeit documents, deceptive redirects, spam or QR codes that conceal a materially misleading destination.
- Do not promote credible threats, harassment, hate, unlawful discrimination, self-harm encouragement or non-consensual intimate material.
3. Intellectual property, privacy and sensitive data
- Do not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, database or other rights.
- Do not upload or expose personal data without a lawful basis and required notices, secretly track or surveil people, or use QR codes to collect data deceptively.
- Do not submit government identifiers, financial credentials, health, biometric, precise location, children's or other highly sensitive data unless expressly supported, legally permitted and appropriately protected.
4. Security and platform abuse
- Do not bypass authentication, rate limits, safety checks, watermarks, validation, credit accounting, access controls or storage protections.
- Do not introduce malware, scrape excessively, overload infrastructure, automate abusive accounts, evade suspension, probe other users' data or use another person's account.
- Do not reverse engineer or exploit the service except to the extent a non-waivable law expressly permits legitimate security research. Report vulnerabilities privately to support.
5. Resale, automation and high-risk use
Do not resell account access, operate an undisclosed bulk-generation service, or automate use beyond documented limits without written permission. Outputs must not be relied on as the sole control for emergency, medical, financial, legal, identity, access-control or other high-risk decisions without independent verification and suitable safeguards.
6. Safety review and enforcement
We may use automated and manual checks, preserve evidence, block destinations, remove or disable content, restrict features, suspend accounts, notify providers or authorities and terminate repeated or serious violations. Measures are based on available information and do not determine final legal liability.
7. Reports and appeals
Report suspected abuse through the Complaints and Takedown page or to [email protected] with the exact URL, work or account identifier, the legal or safety basis, jurisdiction where relevant and supporting evidence. An affected user may appeal with relevant context and permissions. We aim to act diligently, objectively and proportionately, explain restrictions where lawful, and correct a decision when reliable new information shows it was mistaken.
Support: [email protected]
